I am an accredited London-based psychotherapist, helping adults heal from complex trauma, PTSD, and the long-term effects of stress and abuse.

My work has always centred on people living through profound experiences — whether in conflict zones or in the quiet aftermath of trauma. Over the past 18 years, I’ve worked in more than 80 countries with organisations such as UNHCR, IOM, and UNICEF, supporting refugees, survivors of violence, and communities rebuilding after crisis.

Those years showed me how resilience and pain can coexist — and they shaped the kind of therapist I’ve become. Working alongside people who had lost everything taught me that healing is never just about survival — it’s about finding meaning, safety, and connection again.

That understanding now guides my psychotherapy practice in London, where I help adults navigate trauma and rediscover a sense of stability and wholeness. My approach integrates the depth of clinical psychotherapy with the sensitivity that comes from years of witnessing trauma firsthand. It allows me to meet clients where they are — with compassion, presence, and practical tools for healing.

My sessions are integrative and somatic, combining different approaches to meet each person’s needs. These include creative imagination, body-based therapy, CBT, psychoanalytic insight, and mindfulness. Therapy with me is flexible, relational, and paced to your readiness — always focused on safety and self-understanding.

Before opening my private practice in Central London, I worked in a range of trauma-focused settings: a residential facility for suicidal individuals, an NHS Mental Health Core Team, a bereavement service, and One in Four, a charity supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
