I am Anahi, how can I support you today?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by past trauma, disconnected, or unsure where to start, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can find a calmer, safer way forward.

Let’s talk about what’s been happening and explore whether therapy with me could be the right next step for you.

I work with clients struggling with:

Complex Trauma and PTSD
Abusive and Narcissistic Control
Childhood Sexual Abuse
Secondary Trauma and Burnout
ASD and ADHD
Depression and Anxiety

Healing happens when body and mind can speak to each other again. In trauma therapy, that dialogue is where safety and integration begin. Trauma can leave the body holding on to stories the mind can’t yet tell. My work gently reconnects these parts so that healing becomes possible – at your own pace.

I use an integrative and somatic approach that draws on:

  • Somatic therapy – to calm the nervous system, restore a sense of safety and develop and healthy relationship with our body.
  • EMDR – to help process and integrate traumatic memories that remain “stuck” in the nervous system.
  • Relational and attachment work – to rebuild trust and connection after relational trauma.
  • Parts-informed work (IFS) – to understand and support the different inner voices created by survival.
  • Mindfulness and grounding practices – to anchor you in the present and help you regulate emotion.
